Plan management is a disability service that is funded through the NDIS. The function of Plan management is to assist and support participants to manage their NDIS plan funding.

What are the next steps?
To start you on your journey with Balance Plan Managers, you must have the support category “Improved Life Choices” or “Choice and Control” in your NDIS Plan. This support category covers the cost of plan management, so it will not cost you anything – yes, it is free to you.
Don’t be worried If you don’t have ‘Improved Life Choices’ or ‘Choice and Control’ currently in your NDIS Plan. This can be included in your initial plan meeting by your NDIA planner or local coordinator. If your Plan has already started, you just need to call the NDIA and request a review of your plan – it will not reduce your current support.
If you already have ‘Improve Life Choices’ or ‘Choice and Control’ in your NDIS plan, you are ready to become a member of the Balance Plan Management team.
